The desired outcome of this program is being able to shift your unconscious beliefs, thoughts and resulting actions to trust.
The sessions are a combination of Imaginal Ventures’ Conscious Business Operating System, Yogic Philosophy, and Neuroscience.
This program is for you if:
- You have experience seeing how staying locked in a reactive, fear based response directly impacts and shows up in your business as confusion, overwhelm, anxiety and dissipated energy.
- You’re looking to scale your business and foster a sense of trust within yourself and your business.
- Your leadership team needs leveling up in their skills and alignment to the evolution of the vision.
Embodying the shift requires not only the cognitive understanding of the principles, but a sensory experience. Immersing your business into Trusted Leadership enables you to develop a cohesive, aligned operating system that supports scaling your impact.
Session 1. Self and Identity.
We’ll look at how we build our identity and how that supports and limits us. We’ll be exploring the narrative and the experiential elements of our identity We will also describe the default mode network and the impact of meditation.
Session 2. Attachment and Aversion
We’ll be exploring the tendencies of the mind to move towards pleasure. This includes a conversation about the hedonistic treadmill, the difference between the good, and the pleasurable, the biological impact of uncomfortable conversations and why sufficiency practices are effective.
Session 3. Fear
This session will include the poly-vagal theory. The modes that get expressed in our physiology, and the role of the nervous system, integration practices for our mind prevent the hijacking of the nervous system, resilience, and negativity bias. This is the basis of the poly-vagal theory.
Session 4. Application
Building self trust, top down practices (using conscious awareness) and bottom up practices (embodiment practices).
